摘要
目的:建立润肺止咳颗粒的含量测定标准,更有效地控制该产品质量。方法:含量采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定制剂中的黄芩苷。高效液相色谱条件:KromasilODS-1C18,流动相:甲醇-0.32%磷酸(46.9:53.1)。结果:HPLC准确、可靠,回收率为95%～105%,RSD为1.85%。结论:该标准可用于润肺止咳颗粒含量质量控制。
Objective：To set up content standard of Runfei zhike granules.Methods：To determine baicalin of Runfei zhike granules by high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC）.The determiation was done with a KromasilODS-1C18,mobile phase：methanol-0.32% phosphonic acid（46.9：53.1）.Results：The present method was reliable and accurate,the recovery rates were 95%～105%,RSD were 1.85%.Conclusion：The standard may use to control content of Runfei zhike granules.
