摘要
本文按零件的工艺特性划分数控车削,铣削和线切割加工零件的类别,并设计宏程序零件库。通过对用户宏程序的划分,对适于宏程序编程的典型零件的图形、参数及工艺文件进行详细描述。采用会话编程的方式,生成数控加工零件的宏程序。这种将数控系统宏程序与会话编程相结合的方式,不仅降低了某些零件数控编程的难度,扩展了数控系统的编程功能,同时数控系统的编程能力也得到很大的提升。
According to the craft's characteristics,category of processing parts is divided into NC turning,milling,and wire-cutting processing components,and design the part storehouse.Through the dividing of user macros,the article describes in details the typical parts graphics,parameters and process documents suitable for macro programming.Using dialogue programming conducts the NC parts macro programs.This combination method,not only reduces the certain parts CNC programming,and extends the difficulty of the CNC system programming function,but also the NC programming skills have been greatly improved.
