摘要
用KMnO4、6-BA和NAA溶液处理三岛柴胡种子。结果表明:KMnO4溶液在一定浓度范围内能促进其种子的萌发;6-BA对其种子的萌发有一定的抑制作用;NAA对其种子的萌发有促进作用;1%KMnO4预处理24h,50μg/mL NAA浸种12h有利于提高其种子的萌发率。
Seeds of B. falcatum L. were soaked with KMnO4,6 - BA and NAA. The results indicated that in a certain concentration range KMnO4 can promote the germination of seeds. 6 - BA had negative effect on germination of B. falcatum L. seeds to some extent. NAA had great role in promoting the germination of seeds. Soaking with the 1% KMnO4 solution for 24 hours and then with 50μg/mL NAA solution for 12 hours , seeds can get the highest germination rate.
