Research Status and Prospect of Fe-Based Damping Alloys

摘要 铁基阻尼合金具有良好的阻尼性能和力学性能,并且其适用温度范围比其他类阻尼合金宽。概述了Fe-Cr、Fe-Al、Fe-Mn系合金的阻尼性能和力学性能,以及合金的耐蚀性,分析了各类合金的优缺点,提出了改善合金综合性能的建议。 Fe-based damping alloys are excellent for their predominant damping capacity and mechanical property,and have high damping capacity at both ambient and elevated temperatures.The damping characteristic and mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of Fe-Cr,Fe-Al,Fe-Mn series alloys were summarized.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of each alloy,some advices for improving the combination properties were put forward.
