摘要
目的观察血塞通软胶囊对冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法采用随机单盲对照的方法,将180例患者分为对照组和治疗组。治疗组90例,常规西药加血塞通软胶囊;对照组90例,单用常规西药治疗。观察治疗前后临床症状、心电图的变化。结果治疗后总有效率治疗组93.33%,对照组83.33%;心电图改善率分别为83.33%和67.78%,且无不良反应发生。结论血塞通软胶囊治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛安全、有效。
Objective To evaluate on the effects of Xuesaitong Soft Capsuleson the treatment of UAP.Methods 180 cases of patients with UAP were divided randomly into control group, single blind contrast. Nitrites, beta blocker or calcium channel blocker, low molecular weight heoarin（LMWH） were administered to the control group routinely, and Xuesaitong Soft Capsuleson was given to the therapy besides the above-mentioned medicines. Then to evaluate the clinical effect, the change of the electrocardiogram. Results After treatment, the total effective rate accounted for 93.33% in therapy group,while 83.33% in control group, the change rate in electrocardiogram were respetive 83.33% and 67.78%, and no adverse reaction was found in therapy group. Conclusion Xuesaitong Soft Capsuleson is effective and safe on treatment of UAP.
