摘要 对比研究回收塑料所含三种主要树脂对沥青性能的影响,结果表明:随掺量增加,低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、聚丙烯(PP)均使沥青常温粘度提高,软化点提高,当量脆点提高,延度降低;LDPE、HDPE改善高温性能效果优于PP,HDPE容易造成离析;三种树脂按不同比例复配后改性沥青性能无突变。三种树脂对沥青性能的影响规律相同,仅个别指标有差异。因此,直接使用未经分类混杂塑料改性沥青是可行的。 The influence of three main resins contained in the recycling plastics on the asphalt performance was studied.The test results showed that the low density polyethylene(LDPE),high density polyethylene(HDPE)and polypropylene(PP)made the asphalt viscosity at room temperature,softening point and equivalent crisp points be enhanced,and ductility be reduced with the increase of dosage.The LDPE,HDPE were better than PP in improving the high temperature performance and the HDPE easily led to separation.The asphalt modified with three resins blended by different ratios had no performance mutation.The law about the performance of asphalt modified with LDPE,HDPE and PP was the same.Therefore,the direct use of asphalt modified with unclassified plastic mixture is techni-cally feasible.
