摘要
以媒介染料为染色研究对象,在原有Cr6+媒染剂红矾的基础上,针对其在染色残液中所存在铬污染问题,应用一种新型的Cr3+媒染促进剂WSB对羊毛织物进行媒染。同时,为了提高被染样品的色泽和牢度,需要向染浴中加入少量的Cr6+,而这些少量的Cr6+最终被羊毛上的还原基还原为Cr3+形式存在于染色残液中。采用Cr3+媒染促进剂对羊毛织物进行染色,比较低铬染色工艺和常规染色工艺,并优化前者的媒染促进剂用量,确定其最佳工艺。研究结果表明,采用低铬染色工艺可降低染色残液中铬的含量(包括Cr6+和Cr3+),染色对纤维的损伤减小,另外,其染色样品都能达到满意的染色效果。
The project is based on mordant dyes.On the basis of the existed Cr6 + mordant which has some chromium pollution in wool chrome dyeing,a new type of Cr3 + mordant accelerator called WSB has been implied to wool fabrics.In order to modify the colours and the fastness properties,usually very small quantities of hexavalent chromium should be added to the chroming baths and it can be almost totally reduced to its trivalent state by the reducing risidues on wool.This experimental study process,which is dyeing wool fabrics in a Cr3 + mordant accelerator dyeing system,was investigated.The comparison of the dyeing chromed using the Cr3 + complex with the standard dichromate dyeing was made and the use level for the former was optimized,and chose the best method.The results indicated that the residual chromium(in its both hexavalent and trivalent states) contents reduced in the Cr3 + mordant accelerator dyeing,the damage of fiber by new method was lower than traditional ones.Additionally,the new method can obtain the satisfactory dyeing results.
