摘要
目的研究7~36个月婴幼儿唾液中变形链球菌群的感染状况,探讨婴幼儿口腔变形链球菌群感染的敏感年龄及婴幼儿口腔变形链球菌群感染与牙齿萌出数目的关系。方法选取于2009年12月~2010年2月在青岛医学院附属医院儿童保健科定期接种疫苗和身体检查的7~36个月婴幼儿112例,检查并记录婴幼儿口腔中牙齿萌出情况,采集婴幼儿的唾液样本,检测唾液中变形链球菌群的感染情况。结果 112例婴幼儿的变形链球菌群感染率为50.89%,平均感染年龄为26个月,19~24个月时感染率增高最为明显(P<0.05),牙齿萌出的数目与变形链球菌群感染率有关(P<0.05)。结论婴幼儿口腔变形链球菌群感染的敏感年龄是19~24个月;变形链球菌群的感染与乳磨牙萌出的关系密切。
Objective To investigate the initial colonization of mutans streptococci(MS) on children's teeth and to study the correlation of colonization of Mutans Streptococci and tooth eruption.Methods Colonization of MS was investigated in 112 children in Qingdao,aged 7 to 36 months.Oral examination was performed.Data such as intake sweets and feeding habits during night etc.were obtained from parent questionnaires.Children's saliva was collected and cultured on TYCSB medium,and the number of MS was numerated.Results MS was detected in 57 of 112 children(The prevalence of MS was 50.89%),and the average age of colonization was 26 month.MS-positive rate of children at 19-24 months was statistically significant increased(P0.01).This study showed a correlation between the rate of colonization and age,tooth eruption,intake sweets and feeding habits during night.Conclusion MS-positive rate of children was 50.89%;19-24 months is the sensitive time for MS colonization in children;the factors influencing the colonization of MS were the child's age,the number of erupted tooth,intake sweets and feeding habits during night.
