重视肾移植后监测，提高移植肾长期存活率 被引量：6

摘要 过去的30年中，肾移植术后的移植肾短期存活率大幅提高，但是长期存活效果却并无长足进步。尸体肾移植的移植肾半寿存活期大约为8～10年。肾移植术后进行长期、规律、有计划的随访监测，有助于及时发现移植肾早期病变及危险因素，早期干预，有利于提高移植肾的长期存活率。
