摘要
收集阻滞品系昆明(Kunming,KM)小鼠和非阻滞品系B6C3F1小鼠受精卵,以及KM小鼠和B6C3F1小鼠交叉交配所得受精卵,进行体外培养,研究阻滞品系小鼠早胚体外发育阻滞原因。结果表明,卵母细胞内在因素对子一代早胚体外发育的能力影响较大,即体外培养是否发生2-细胞阻滞与卵母细胞有关。
The objective of this study was to investigate the cause for developmental arrest of early embryos in vitro from blocking strain mice by comparing the different development potential between Kunming(KM) and B6C3F1 1-cell embryos got from four kinds of hybrids(♀KM ×♂KM,♀B6C3F1×♂B6C3F1,♀KM×♂B6C3F1 and ♀B6C3F1×♂KM).Reciprocal crosses between the eggs and the sperms of 'blocking'(KM)and 'non-blocking'(B6C3F1) strain mice show that the intracellular factor of the egg might determine whether the early embryo blocked at the 2-cell stage or continued developing beyond the 2-cell stage.
