摘要
目的建立酸浆不同药用部位中总黄酮的含量测定方法。方法以芦丁为对照品,采用分光光度法测定酸浆不同药用部位中总黄酮的含量。结果芦丁在5.25~52.5μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系;酸浆萼、酸浆果实、酸浆地上部分的平均回收率(n=6)分别为100.3%,99.2%,100.0%,RSD分别为1.80%,1.75%,1.70%。结论该方法简单,数据可信,为科学使用酸浆不同药用部位提供了可靠依据。
Objective To establish the determination methods of total flavonoid from different medicinal parts in Physalis alkekengi L.var.franchetii(Mast.)Makino.Methods The content of total flavonoid in Physalis alkekengi L.var.franchetii(Mast.)Makino was determined using colorimetric with rutin as a standard product.Results The linear range of rutin was 5.25~52.5μg/ml.The average recoveries(fruit calyx,fruit,herba of Physalis Alkekengi L.var.franchetii(Mast.)Makino,n=6) were 100.3%,99.2%,100.0%,with RSD of 1.80%,1.75%,1.70%.Conclusion The method is simple,the data are reliable.It can provide a reliable basis for scientific use in different medicinal parts of Physalis.
