低谐波畸变率风光互补逆变系统的研究

摘要 针对风能和太阳能能量来源的不可预测性,设计了一个响应快速,输出稳定且总谐波畸变率低的高效率逆变系统。太阳能和风能的不确定性使直流输入电压波动具有快速性、随机性和幅度大等特点。基于全桥拓扑的SPWM调制技术和dsPIC30F4011控制器的PID双环反馈控制技术,通过对正弦表的优化、死区补偿、硬件电路优化,使系统效率最优。通过Matlab仿真获取PID的比例积分参数,在5 kVA实验样机上验证了该方案的优越性和可行性。该系统在独立的风光互补发电系统中有很高的推广价值。 Because of the unpredictability of wind and solar energy sources,this paper designs a high efficiency inverter system of fast response,stable output and low total harmonic distortion(THD).The DC input voltage of the system fluctuates rapidly,randomly and in a wide range.Based on full-bridge topology and SPWM modulation with dsPIC30F4011 controller,double PID loop feedback control techniques is applied;through the optimization of the sine table,dead time compensation,hardware circuit optimization to optimal system efficiency.PID proportional and integral parameters are confirmed by Matlab simulation.In 5 kVA experimental prototype,the system is verified advantageous and feasible,the system in a separate wind and PV power generation system has a high value of promotion.
