摘要
由于受到地区经济条件、自身学历水平及教育管理评价制度等因素的制约,农村幼儿教师的专业化发展陷入困境之中。农村幼教质量的提高,呼唤农村幼儿教师专业化发展,而教师专业化发展迫切需要政府和社会部门、幼儿园及教师本人共同努力,构建起教师专业化发展的网络系统,不断探索教师专业化发展的出路。
Due to the restrictions of economic conditions, their education levels and education management evaluation system, the professional development of kindergarten teachers in rural areas runs into great trouble. To improve the preschool education quality in rural areas, professional development of rural preschool teachers is needed, which urgently requires that the government, social sectors and kindergarten teachers work together to build a network for teachers' professional development. Then we can find a way ou to continuously explore teacher professional development.
