战后西方资本输出与产业空心化问题 被引量：3

摘要 产业空心化问题在我国也许鲜为人知,但在国外却曾经是轰动一时的重大理论课题。所谓产业空心化,亦称经济空心化,系指资本等生产要素的投入和流动非合理化,造成经济结构严重失衡,使国内物质生产的地位和作用相对甚至绝对地削弱,国内物质产品供给能力长期落后于需求,国民经济体质因基础的“匮乏”而呈弱化状态。 产业空心化作为一种经济病症,它是资本主义私有制经济固有的基本矛盾的产物,是经济行为和经济政策非合理化的综合反映。认真研究并认清它的产生根源和危害性。
