摘要
民主集中制是党建中的一个重要制度,而与其相伴的党内分歧问题的处理是该制度的焦点。处理得妥当与否,会给党的建设与事业带来极大的影响。列宁在这一方面的实践极具原则性与艺术性,把规制之范与运转之度完美结合,为我们留下了宝贵的经验与启示,值得我们认真总结与借鉴。
Democratic centralism is an important system in the building of Communist Party of China（CPC） and how to tackle the discrepancy is the focus of the system.The approaches of tackling it will effect greatly on CPC＇s building and cause.Lenin＇s practice had great principle and artistic quality and he combined the system and practice perfectly,which gave us precious experience and enlightenment and it is worth to summarize and use for reference.
