摘要
目前临床上很多中药单体或者成分复方的使用正在远离中医理论的指导,这种现象的原因在于阐明中药方药机制的研究没有与中医理论结合起来。本文借鉴中医学对智力的认识,以益智健脑类方药对智能障碍类疾病的防治研究成果为依据,对益智健脑方药的中医机制研究思路进行梳理和探讨,认为从改善脑供血角度探讨养心方药益智的机制,从改善物质代谢和保护脑血管的角度探讨健脾方药益智的机制,从改善脑的自身功能的角度探讨补肾方药益智的机制,有利于阐明益智健脑方药中医机制,为这类新药临床应用提供理论指导,加速中医药方药现代化研究进程。
At the present time the clinical application of Chinese herbal medicine simplex components and their formulas are unlinking the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine（ TCM）. The reason for the phenomenon may be due to that the studys on elucidating mechanism of action of Chinese herbal medicine simplex components and their formulas are lack of guidance of TCM theory. The study thinking of TCM mechanism of nootropic and brain-invigorating Chinese traditional and herbal prescriptions and drugs was discussed based on cognition of TCM for intelligence and some study results of mechanism of action of nootropic and brain -invigorating Chinese traditional and herbal prescriptions and drugs. Enhancing cerebral perfusion,improving substance metabolism,protecting cerebrovascular and boosting cerebral function may be related to their TCM mechanism. The study on TCM mechanism of Chinese traditional and herbal prescriptions and drugs under TCM theory guidance may direct their clinical application and accelerate the modernization of Chinese medicine.
