摘要
中医"治未病"思想包括"未病先防"和"已病防变"两方面内容。艾滋病是一种全身性严重慢性传染病,至今没有治愈的方法,预防凸显其重要性。对于艾滋病无症状期的治疗西医没有有效的手段,以中医"治未病"思想为指导,扶正作为主要治法,兼以祛邪,通过辨证论治调节患者的免疫功能,中医药干预达到早期免疫重建将是艾滋病无症状期治疗中重要的方法。
The ＂prevention＂ idea in Chinese medicine includes two aspects,＂preventing disease before it occurs＂ and ＂avoiding aggravation after disease occurred＂. AIDS is a serious chronic systemic disease,and so far there is no cure,so prevention highlighted its importance. For the asymptomatic phase of AIDS,there is no effective treatment of Western medicine. In Chinese medicine,＂prevention＂ idea as the main governing law,and to eliminate pathogen by strengthening body resistance as the main treatment,to regulate the immune function in patients by syndrome differentiation with Chinese medicine to achieve the early im-mune reconstitution will be an important treatment at the asymptomatic period of AIDS.
