芒果苷配合西药治疗痤疮及其对血清超氧化物歧化酶和丙二醛的影响 被引量:1

The effects on serum SOD and MDA by mangiferin combined with erythromycin in preventing and curing acne

摘要 目的:探讨芒果苷配合红霉素防治痤疮临床疗效及其对血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)的影响,为痤疮临床治疗提供新思路。方法:60例痤疮患者随机分为联合治疗组(32例)和常规治疗组(28例),联合治疗组以一定量的芒果苷配合红霉素软膏使用;常规治疗组仅用红霉素软膏治疗。结果:治疗前,联合治疗组和常规治疗组SOD分别为(66.4±8.4)U.mL-1及(65.6±9.9)U.mL-1;治疗后,2组分别为(92.5±9.4)U.mL-1及(82.5±9.0)U.mL-1,两者升高的幅度差异有显著性(P<0.01);两者MDA的变化与SOD相反,结果显示,其降低的幅度差异亦有显著性。结论:痤疮患者自由基代谢紊乱,芒果苷配合红霉素治疗痤疮疗效显著,在临床疗效和改善自由基代谢方面优于单纯西药治疗的对照组,值得在临床上进一步推广。 OBJECtIVE To investigate the effects on serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) by mangiferin combined with erythromycin in preventing and curing acne. METHODS sixty patients were divided randomly into two groups. Thirty-two in treatment group were treated with mangiferin combined with erythromycin ointment; Twenty-eight in control group were treated with erythromycin ointment. RESULTS There were differences between the two groups in clinical curative effect. Compared with before treatment, the SOD levels of both groups was enhanced and the MDA was debased. CONCLUSION Using mangiferin combined with erythromycin ointment in treating the acne can produce better clinical curative effect than using erythromycin ointment alone; so does in improving the catabolism of oxygen free radicals.
