摘要
本文重点讨论国有企业的企业家缺位现象，包括这种现象产生的原因和可能引起的后果。
This paper mainly discussed the problem of entrepreneur's shortage,which included the causes and possible results,and it went further into the ways of fostering and choosing the entrepreneurs of state-owned enterprises on the basis of the discussion.
