摘要
现代竞争要求测试系统有更短的开发周期、更低的成本和更高的质量,目前最流行的解决方案是称作“虚拟仪器”的软件战略.本文研究了采用虚拟仪器软件技术的各种仪器的测量方案,如GPIB,VXI和数据采集(DAQ)板卡系统等,分析了虚拟仪器测试软件的四层结构和系统开发工具,展望了PC自动化测试技术的发展方向.
Shorter developing period, lower cost and higher quality are the requirements of current competition for testing systems. The software strategy so called 'Virtual Instrument is the most popular solution. The paper investigates measuring measures of various instruments, e. g. GPXB, VXI and data acquisition ( DAQ) card system, etc. The four-layer structure of the testing software of virtual instruments and system development tools are analysed. The developing trend of PC-based automation testing technologies is forecasted.
