摘要
通过3例膝下内侧血管皮瓣临床应用实践总结,对该皮瓣应用的手术适应证、方法、注意事项、疗效进行评价.结果:3例膝下内侧血管皮瓣临床应用均获成功.结论:膝下内侧皮瓣具有血管蒂较深、较隐蔽的特点,可用于转位修复膝关节周围软组织缺损,尤其是在隐动脉损伤时,可用于替代隐动脉皮瓣.
3 patients with soft tissue defect around knee joint were treated with the flaps. The operative methods,adaptabilities,attentions and clinical effect were evaluated. Result: All flaps survived. The results were satisfactory. Conclusion: The flap pedicled with medial inferior genicular vessels is characterized of a deeper and hiddener vessel pedicel. It can be used to repair the soft tissue defects around knee joint and is a good replacement of the flap pedicled with the saphenous vessel when the vessel was injuried.
