摘要
机械加工中.铜合金薄壁零件因其材料强度低,弹性模数小,遇夹紧力和切削力作用容易变形,加工难度大.从改变夹紧力的方式、控制切削热、合理选择切削用量等方面着手,提出了控制变形的有效方法.
Abstract Thin-walled copper alloy parts are low in intensity,small in modulus of elasticity,so they are very easy to be out of shape when clamp force and cutting force occur during mechanical operation.The paper expresses effective steps to prevent deformation,including changing clampping means,controlling cutting heat,limiting work capacity,etc.
