摘要
目的探讨神经纤维瘤病的分型和各型的MR影像学表现。方法收集16例经临床或手术证实的神经纤维瘤病例，对其影像学资料、临床表现进行回顾性的分析和总结。结果根据NF的诊断标准，16例神经纤维瘤病中，NF-1型9例，NF-2型7例。MR能够全面准确地显示病灶分布，病变大小、形态和信号特征以及与相邻组织结构的关系。结论结合临床资料及MR表现，可以对神经纤维瘤病做出比较明确的诊断，MR增强扫描对检出神经纤维瘤病微小病灶方面有优势。
Objective To study the classification and MR features of neurofibromatosis. Methods The clinical data and MR features of 16 patients with neurofibromatosis were retrospectively analyzed. Results According to the diagnostic standard of NIH,9 cases were NF - 1,7 cases were NF -2. MR could well demonstrate the distribution, the size, the shape and the signal characteristics of neurofibromatosis. Conclusion Based on clinical materials and MR imaging features, neurofibromatosis can be definitely diagnosed.
