摘要
产业集群是区域经济提高竞争力的有效手段。哈大齐工业走廊经济虽然起步较早,但是产业集群的发展并不尽如人意,地方保护主义、生产要素市场不统一、市场化程度较弱、企业之间关联度较低等因素阻碍了走廊产业集群的发展。因此,加强走廊政府的宏观调控、建立统一的生产要素市场、加快市场化进程、加强企业间的经济合作、加强地方政府间的合作就显得尤为必要。
Industrial cluster is an effective means to enhance the competitiveness of regional economy.Although the development of the Ha-Da-Qi Industrial Corridor had come into being,the development of industrial cluster is not satisfying.But some factors,such as local protectionism,disunity of market for essentials of production,lower degree of marketization and association among enterprises hindered the development of industrial cluster in this corridor.Hence,it is crucial to strengthen the governmental macro control,build up unified market for essentials of production,speed up the process of marketization,reinforce the economic cooperation among enterprises and enhance the cooperation of local governments.
