摘要
[目的]观察天麻头痛片治疗血管性头痛的临床疗效。[方法]将58例风寒型血管性头痛患者随机分为两组。治疗组29例予天麻头痛片,4片,日3次口服;另加盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊10mg,每晚1次口服。对照组29例予盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊10mg,每晚1次口服。两组均以1个月为1个疗程。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结果]治疗组治疗后双侧大脑前、中、后动脉的平均血流速度和搏动指数均明显改善,与对照组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]天麻头痛片治疗血管性头痛,可改善临床症状及脑血流供应的作用。
[ Objective ] To observe the clinical efficacy of TianMa Toutong tablet on treating vascular headache. [ Method]58 patients with wind cold vascular headache were divided randomly into 2 groups. 29 patients for the treatment group were received Tian ma tou tong drug ： four tablets, three times a day, also received Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules： 10 rag, once every night. 29 patients as control group were received Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules ：10 rag, once every night. Two groups were all taken one month as a course of treatment. Difference between the two groups has statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. [ Results ] After the treatment, the mean blood flow velocity and pulse index of anterior cerebral artery （ ACA）, middle cerebral artery （MCA） , posterior cerebral artery （PCA） were improved evidently in bilateral cerebra for the treatment group, comparing with control group the difference has statistical significance （P 〈 0.01 ）.[ Conclusion] Treating vascular headache by TianMa Toutong tablet is helpful in clinical symptom and provision of the cerebral blood flow.
