LaMn_(0.7)Fe_(0.3)O_(3+δ)体系的结构和磁性的研究

摘要 采用传统的固相反应法得到了LaMn0.7Fe0.3O3+δ(δ=0.094),然后对它在N2下,分别在700℃、800℃、850℃退火得到LaMn0.7Fe0.3O3+δ(δ=0.068,0.024,-0.001)系列多晶样品。x射线衍射(XRD)实验结果表明,样品的单相性很好,呈正交相结构。通过测量样品的M-T曲线,研究了此系列样品的磁学性质。实验结果表明,所有样品均有铁磁到顺磁的相变。随着退火温度的升高,样品的氧含量降低,从而导致了居里温度的降低。特别是样品LaMnFeO仍然表现出的铁磁特征,说明了Mn3+和Fe3+之间存在着双交换作用的可能性。 Polycrystalline LaMn0.7Fe0.3O3+δ(δ=0.094)was prepared by the conventional solid state reaction method and LaMn0.7Fe0.3O3+δ(δ=0.068,0.024,-0.001) were obtained by post-annealing of the as-prepared compound at 700℃,800℃,850℃ under N2.The samples were characterized by x-ray diffraction(XRD).The results showed that the samples have a single phase and are orthorhombic structure.By measuring M-T curves of the samples,magnetic property was studied.The experimental results indicate that all samples undergo the transition from paramagnetism to ferromagnetism at Tc.As the oxygen content decreases,the Curie temperature shifts to lower temperature.Particularly,there is a paramagnetic-ferromagnetic transition on LaMn0.7Fe0.3O2.999,it may be explained in terms of the double exchange between Mn3+ and Fe3+.
