摘要
教学团队是高职院校师资队伍建设的重要环节，是创造性实施高职教育领域质量工程的关键措施。文章立足现实，剖析了高职院校教学团队建设的意义、存在的问题和基本要求，从目标指向、组建形式、制度环境、运行机制、师资结构等五个方面提出了教学团队建设的策略。
Teaching staff is a vital chain of the teaching rank in high vocational colleges, key step in carrying out the project of high vocational education creatively. In this article, the meaning of the teaching staff construction, existing problems and general requirements, are analyzed. The strategy of the teaching staff construction is put forward in the following 5 aspects： aim, rule - establishing, rule - circumstance, operation system and structure of the teaching staff.
