摘要
建立了以去离子水作萃取剂,钼酸盐和抗坏血酸为显色剂,酒石酸锑钾作催化剂,用连续流动法测定烟草中磷盐含量的方法。结果表明,该方法的平均回收率为98.3%~101.2%,相对标准偏差为1.9%~2.1%,重现性小于0.02%。
A continuous flow method ior determining the phosphate content in tobacco was developed. The tobacco samples were extracted with deionized water, using ammonium molybdate and ascorbic acid solution as a colorific agent and potassium antimony tartrate as a catalyst. The results indicated that the average recoveries of phosphate ranged from 98.3% to 101.2% with the RSD of 1.9% to 2.1% and the reproducibility of below 0.02%
