摘要
目的 观察自体角膜缘干细胞移植联合丝裂霉素C治疗复发性翼状胬肉手术疗效.方法 对33只眼复发性翼状胬肉进行翼状胬肉切除自体角膜缘干细胞移植联合丝裂霉素治疗.结果 33例随访3～24月,平均13.5月.其中复发2例,未发现睑球粘连者.结论 自体角膜缘千细胞移植联合丝裂霉素C治疗复发性翼状胬肉,方法简单,取材方便,无排异反应,是治疗复发性翼状胬肉有效手术方法.
Objective To observe and evaluate the clinical effect of limbal corneal epithelial cell auto-graft transplantation combined with MMC on patients with recurrent pterygium. Methods Thirty-three eyes with recurrent pterygium were treated with the limbal corneal epithelial cell auto-graft transplantation combined with MMC. Results All 33 eyes were followed up for 3 to 24 months （average 13.5 months）. Two recurrent eyes were found. No symblepharon were found. Conclusions Limbal corneal epithelial cell auto-graft transplantation combined with MMC is an effective way of treating patients with recurrent pteygium.The process of auto-graft transplantation is simple and convenient with few rejections.
