嗜水气单胞菌对框镜鲤免疫实验研究

摘要 嗜水气单胞菌是水产动物的常见致病菌,本研究利用在生理生化和PCR鉴定的基础上确定为嗜水气单胞菌,并经PCR和药物敏感性实验确定对多种抗菌药物具有耐药性的嗜水气单胞菌多重耐药株。用该菌株制备细菌疫苗对框镜鲤进行免疫实验,免疫方法采用浸洗2 min,1.5、3、6个月后分别进行注射攻毒,攻毒实验结果显示免疫保护率60%~95%,实验室安全性检测结果为安全可靠。该方法避免了逐尾鱼注射造成的较大的工作强度,为在生产实践中广泛应用预防多重耐药嗜水气单胞菌所引起的疾病奠定了基础。 Aermonas hydrophila is the pathogenic bacteria which leads to various disease to aquatic animal.In this study,the pathogenic bacteria,Aermonas hydrophila,was ascertainmented by the methods of physiology-biochemistry tests and polymerase chain reaction And then with the methods of polymerase chain reaction and the tests of drug sensitivity,screen the multidrug resistant strain to various antibacterials.Made the vaccine with this strain.Using the vaccine,the immunization experiment was carried out on Cyprinus carpio.The method of bathe was used,which is two minute per time.After 1.5,3 and 6 months,conteracting toxic substances test was made by injection.The result of conteracting toxic substances test shows that the rate of immunoprotection is 60~95 percent.The detection of safe in laboratory is safe and reliable.Using this method,avoid the large work intension,which caused by injection one by one.Establish the foundation of preventing the disease which originated by multidrug resistant Aermonas hydrophila for the practice production.
