摘要 目的分析某三甲医院血液科白血病化疗后粒细胞缺乏伴感染病例抗菌药物的使用情况,为促进抗菌药物的合理使用提供科学依据。方法查阅白血病化疗后粒细胞缺乏病历131份,用预先制定的"白血病化疗后粒细胞缺乏伴感染病例抗菌药物使用调查表"逐项填写,最后进行综合统计。结果所有调查病例均使用了抗菌药物,经验性抗菌药物的使用以哌拉西林/他唑巴坦或哌拉西林/他唑巴坦与氨基糖苷类合用多见。亚胺培南/西司他丁、美罗培南多用作补救用药。万古霉素未作经验用药。感染部位以呼吸道最多见,占79.4%。结论该医院血液科抗菌药物使用基本合理。 Objective To analyze the usage of antibiotics for leukemia neutropenic patients with infection.Methods 131 cases of neutropenic with infection were selected and a statistical analysis was conducted.Results Analysis were used in all neutropenic cases.79.4% of the site of infection in patients with neutropenia was the respiratory tract.Antibiotic monotherapy with piperacillin/tazobactam or antibiotic combination with piperacillin/tazobactam plas an aminoglycoside for initial empiric therapy were common.Imipenem/cilastatin and meropenem were used for remedy selection.Conclution The usage of antibiotics for neutropenic leukemia pations with infection is rational in our hospital.
