摘要
目的三种不同手术方式治疗老年胸腰椎骨折的疗效比较与特点分析。方法采用三种手术方式对76例老年胸腰椎骨折患者的治疗,并且与成年胸腰椎骨折手术治疗患者比较,通过观察术前、术后神经功能、压缩与后凸畸形程度,分析其特点。结果老年胸腰椎骨折手术治疗优良率改善幅度(22.4%)较成年组(11.7%)明显较大、椎体压缩与后凸畸形亦明显改善。结论针对老年胸腰椎骨折特点,采用不同手术方式治疗效果明显,能显著改善愈后。
Objective Three different surgical treatments for olderly people suffered from fractures of thoracolumbar vertebrae were compared in curative effect.Methods Three kinds of surgical methods were used to cure 76 elderly patient of thoracolumbar fractures,and they were compared with adult patients of it.Through observation of preoperative and postoperative neurological function、compression and protruding deformity,there characteristics were analyzed.Results Operation for elderly thoracolumbar fractures effectively improved by surgical treatment.It was better than that of junior,protrusion deformity of compressed vertebral bodies were also improved.Conclusion According to characteristics of elderly thoracolumbar fractures.Using different surgical treatment effect is obvious,it can significantly improve curative effect.
