摘要 针对自动机械中的实现更高分度运动的需求,研究一种采用输入、输出同轴布置的偏心轮式新型分度机构的动力学建模与优化设计问题。该机构与现有分度凸轮机构相比,具有结构更为紧凑,在输入轴转速等同时可实现更高次数分度运动的优点。以该机构为对象,建立考虑输入、输出扭转及横向振动的弹性动力学模型,并借助敏感度分析实现了动力学优化设计。在此基础上,通过动态性能的计算机仿真验证了设计方法的有效性。研究结果对这类新型分度机构工程样机的研制提供了重要的理论依据。 To meet the demand of higher indexing frequency from the field of high-speed automatic machines,an approach to dynamic modeling and optimization design of a novel eccentric indexing mechanism with the coaxial input/output arrangement is investigated.Compared with the existing indexing cam mechanisms,the new one is more compact in structure,and enables to produce higher indexing frequency at the same input speed.By taking the mechanism as the research object,its elastodynamic model is studied by taking the transverse and torsional vibrations of the input and output shafts into account,and then the dynamic optimization is carried out by means of the sensitivity analysis.Based on these,the effectiveness of the approach is validated by the dynamic simulations.The research lays an important theoretical foundation for developing the engineering prototype of this novel indexing mechanism.
