摘要
目的:对不同产地缬草中活性成分青刺尖木酯醇苷进行含量分析。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,Agilent HC-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)柱;乙腈-水(16∶84)为流动相,流速为1.0mL.min-1,检测波长229nm。结果:青刺尖木酯醇苷在0.304～1.520μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.89%,RSD为1.08%。结论:该方法简单、快速、灵敏、专属性强,能准确测定缬草中活性成分青刺尖木酯醇苷的含量。
OBJECTIVE To develop a method for the determination of prJnsepiol-4-O-β-D-glucoside content in Valeriana officinalis L. METHODS HPLC was used. The chromatographic conditions were： Agilent HC-C18 Column （4. 6 × 250 mm, 5 μm）, acetonitrile - water （16：84） as mobile phase, flow rate being 1.0 ml·min^-1 and the detection wavelength at 229 nm. RESULTS The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0. 304-1.520μg （r= 0. 999 9）. The average recovery was 99. 89% （RSD = 1.08% ）. CONCLUSION The mothod is simple , fast and accurate for analysis of prinsepiol-4-O-β-D-glucoside in Valeriana officinalis L.
