摘要
受国际产业转移和国内经济转型的影响,东部部分劳动密集型产业向中部加速迁移,我国区域产业梯度转移面临着新的调整与选择。中部有承接东部产业转移的地缘优势、资源条件和产业基础,正面临着承接东部产业梯度转移的重大历史机遇。东部产业向中部转移仍存在诸多壁垒,制约了东中部产业深度分工和要素优化配置,阻碍了东部传统产业向中部迁移。东部和中部地区政府应进行政策调整和制度创新,推动区际产业转移和区域经济协调发展。
Influenced by international industry transfer and domestic economic restructuring,more and more labor-intensive industries are accelerating to transfer from eastern China to central China.Regional gradient industry transfer in China is facing new adjustment and choices.With the specific advantages of location,resources and industrial bases,central China is confronted with a great historical opportunity to undertake the industrial transfer from eastern China,but still facing many barriers which affect industrial divisions and optimal factor allocation and interregional industry transfer between eastern and central China.The governments of both central and eastern China should set up a favorable policy environment and institutional innovation systems to facilitate interregional industry transfer and promote regional economic coordinated development.
