摘要
目的观察蒲元胃康胶囊对实验性大鼠和小鼠胃溃疡的影响。②方法用剂量为０．５，１．０，２．０ｇ／ｋｇ体质量蒲元胃康及４．０ｇ／ｋｇ体质量胃苏冲剂给大鼠灌胃，连用７ｄ．小鼠采用０．６，１．２，２．４ｇ／ｋｇ体质量蒲元胃康胶囊和６．０ｇ／ｋｇ体质量胃苏冲剂灌胃，连用７ｄ．观察各药对应激型、幽门结扎型、醋酸型大鼠溃疡模型和乙醇型小鼠胃溃疡模型的影响。用碱滴定法测定胃液游离酸度、总酸度，用Ａｎｓｏｎ法测定胃蛋白酶活性。③结果与对照组相比，蒲元胃康胶囊可降低大鼠胃溃疡指数，减少溃疡面积，降低幽门结扎型胃溃疡胃液量、游离酸及总酸度，并降低胃蛋白酶活性。④结论蒲元胃康胶囊具有抗实验性胃溃疡的作用。
\ Objective \ To observe the effects of
Pu Yuan Wei Kang Capsule on experimental rat and mouse gastric ulcer. Methods Pu Yuan
Wei Kang Capsule (0.5,1.0, 2.0g/kg) and Wei Su granule (4.8g/kg) were administrated ig to
rats for 7d. The effects of the drugs on gastric ulcer models of stress, pyloric ligation and acetic
acid injury were observed in rats. Pu Yuan Wei Kang capsule (0.6,1.2,2.4g/kg) and Wei Su
granule (6g/kg) were administrated ig to mice. in the same way and the model of alcohol type
gastric ulcer was tested in mice. free acid and general acid of gastric juice were measured
in alkalimetry, and pepsin activity was measured with Anson's method.\ Results \ Compared
with control group, Pu Yuan Wei Kang capsule decreased ulcer index, ulcer area, the content
of gastric juice, free acid, general acid and activity of pepsin in gastric ulcer model of pyloric
ligation.X]Conclusion \ Pu Yuan Wei Kang capsule had antigastric ulcer effects on experimental
models.\;
