摘要
离子色谱分析作为一种高效液相色谱技术,主要用于待测样品中阴、阳离子的测定。由于其选择性好、灵敏度高、快捷方便等优点,在很多领域得到应用。经过多方论证,将该技术引入录井现场的综合分析中,通过离子色谱录井连续分析随钻钻井液中几种主要离子浓度的变化,及时判断地层出水情况,可达到判断钻遇地层特性的目的。SK1井的应用表明,该录井技术在判断地层压力、反映可溶性矿物的性质、识别特殊地层、指导钻井液的配制和维护钻井液性能等方面有很好的应用效果,为该技术在录井现场的全面推广应用提供了可靠的实践经验。
As a high effective liquid chromatography technique,ion chromatography is mainly used to determine ion and anionic of samples.Due to its superiorities of good selectivity,high sensitivity,fast and convenience,it has been used in many fields.Through multilateral demonstration,ion chromatography was drawn into mud logging wellsite for comprehensive analyses,which could continuously analyze the concentration changes of a few main ions in drilling fluid while drilling to judge promptly,the water production situation of formation,thus realizing the purpose of judging the characteristics of the drilled formation.The result of its application in well SK 1 indicated that the application effect was good in the aspects of reflecting soluble mineral properties,diagnosing special strata,preparing drilling fluid and maintaining drilling fluid properties,thus providing a reliable practical experience for overall spreading and applying this technique in mud logging site.
