摘要
目的评价彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)诊断下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)形成的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析CDFI诊断的62例下肢DVT患者在不同病变期的声像图特点。结果下肢深静脉血栓患者在急性期、亚急性期及慢性期病变血管的二维超声图像、彩色多普勒血流特点及频谱多普勒均有差异显著性。结论彩色多普勒超声诊断下肢深静脉血栓具有很高的敏感性和特异性,可做为首选检查方法,并可评价临床疗效。
Objective To investigate the clinic value of color Doppler flow imaging（CDFI） in diagnosis of lower limbs deep venous thrombosis（DVT）.Methods The sonogram features of 62 cases with deep venous thrombosis diagnosed by CDFI were retrospectively analyzed.Results There were significant differences in 2D sonogram and the features of blood flow and spectral Doppler in the embolic vessel of acute and chronic DVT.Conclusion CDFI is the first choice to diagnose DVT promptly because of its high sensitivity and specificity with no damage.
