摘要
采用正交配置法求解KD306型耐硫甲烷化催化剂一维(含死区)反应-扩散非等温模型。模型计算结果与实验测试值较为吻合。模拟结果表明:催化剂粒内温差较小,浓差明显,“死区”的存在与否和温度有关。
The onedimensional nonisothermal reactiondiffusion model (containing dead area) for KD306type sulfurtolerant catalyst has been solved by orthogonal collocation method. It is proved experimentally that the model can describe the state within the catalyst pellet. The results of the model simulation indicate that temperature difference within the pellet is small while concentration difference is great. In addition, whether there is a dead area depends on the temperature.
