摘要
概述了抽油机的悬点载荷及其各个分量,列出了总摩擦力与悬点载荷各分量之间的表达式,用现场实测的悬点载荷、惯性载荷以及振动力等项代入公式,得出摩擦力的值,因而解决了在实际测量中难以确定各摩擦力分量的问题。通过对数据的统计分析,得出稠油井的摩擦力使悬点最大载荷相对于静载荷成倍增加的结论。文章还就稠油开采中的有关问题作了讨论。
The author gives a brief comment on the polished rod load and its components on pumping units for thick oil recovery and derives the equations between the total friction force and the various components of polished rod load. Thus, the component values of friction force, which are difficult to determine in field measurement, can be easily obtained by putting the measured data of polished rod load, inertia load and vibricating force into the equations. The author, on the basis of statistic analysis of the data, concludes that the friction forces in a thick oil well will double the peak polished rod load relative to the static load and discusses further some problems related to thick oil recovery.
