摘要
在直径为φ140mm,高为5.8m 的冷模试验装置内,研究了气-固并流顺重力场运动的两相流体力学行为。试验采用四种颗粒,在气速为1.3—10m/s,颗粒循环速率为30—180kg/m^(2)·s 的操作范围内,测定了系统压力梯度的轴向分布,并且建立了描述该过程的一维两相流数学模型,通过试验数据回归,得到了该模型待定参数 C_d 的关联式。模型对该过程的预测结果与试验结果一致。
Hydrodynamics for concurrent downflow of gas-solid suspensions was investi-gated using four kinds of particles in a tube of 140mm I.D.Axial pressure dropwas measured at gas velocities ranging from 1.3 to 10 m/s and solid circulationrates ranging from 30 to 180kg/m^2s.A mathematical model for gas-solid downflowwas set up and the parameter C(?) of the model was correlated.The predictedresult of the model is in good agreement with the experimental measurements.
