摘要
目的：建立黄连生物碱的高效毛细管电泳定量方法，并考察黄连与肉桂配伍前后黄连主要生物碱的含量。方法：用高效毛细管电泳法含量确定。结果：测定组分具有良好的线性关系和分离度，４种生物碱的回收率分别为９８．２８％，９８．３８％，９７．７８％，９８．８９％，ＲＳＤ分别为０．８６％，１．１２％，１．０６％，１．１１％。结论：高效毛细管电泳法定量准确可靠，方法简便可行，重复性好。黄连与肉桂配伍后黄连的各种生物碱含量均有不同程度的降低。
Objective:To establish a HPCE method to determine the contents of alkalods in Rhizoma Coptidis.Method:HPCE.Result:The constituents thus determined have good linearity and separation.The average recovery of coptisine,berberine,palmatine and jatrorrhizine was 98.28%,98.38%,97.78% and 98.89%respectively and RSD 0.86%,1.12%,1.06% and 1.11% respectively.Conclusion:The method is convenient,rapid,accurate and practicable.The compatibility reduces the contents of alkaloids in Rhizoma Coptidis in different degrees.
