130例脑卒中患者药源性腹泻致病菌调查分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的:为了解脑率中患者药源性腹泻中重要病原菌的分布情况。方法:对我院130例脑卒中住院患者腹泻粪便标本进行培养。结果:经过细菌鉴定和药敏分析统计,其中,肺炎克雷伯氏菌感染率最高,占32.32%。结论:妥布霉素的总耐药率最低,为5.67%,而氨苄青霉素的总耐药率最高,达67.27%。
