摘要
慢性荨麻疹属中医风疹范畴，是临床常见的皮肤病之一，症见身起风疹团伴瘙瘁及反复发作。属脾肺气虚，卫外不固，风邪乘虚入侵，内不宣泄，外不透达，聚于肌肤而成本病。治宜益脾肺之气，固卫表，祛风邪，标本兼治。运用加味玉屏风汤治疗本病62例疗效显著。
