摘要
从群体离职的视角研究了离职型知识流失及其层级划分,以及对群体离职产生的不同层级组织知识流失影响及其内因做了阐述。在分析了群体离职型知识流失风险的基础上,有针对性地给出了不同类型知识流失的控制措施。
This paper studies on knowledge loss and it's level classification based on perspective of group turnover.It also illustrates the influences and the intrinsic factors of organizational knowledge loss caused by collective resignation at different levels.On the basis of analysis on knowledge loss caused by collective resignation,the paper proposes some measures for controlling different types of knowledge loss.
