功能性消化不良与重叠症状患者消化不良特点分析被引量：2

摘要目的:分析功能性消化不良(FD)及FD重叠症状患者消化不良症状的特点。方法:选择以消化不良为主诉就诊的患者200例,行罗马Ⅲ标准问卷调查并评分,比较各组间消化不良症状的严重程度、发作频度、发生比例,FD亚型构成比及情感障碍发生比例。结果:60%的FD患者重叠消化道其他部位症状,有和无重叠症状FD患者消化不良症状的严重程度、发作频度、发生比例及情感障碍发生比例比较,差异均不显著(P>0.05)。结论:有和无重叠症状FD患者的消化不良症状及病理生理机制可能相同,临床诊治原则相似。
