摘要
开发了结合面动态特性分析系统,采用有限元法建立了多轴联动龙门式加工中心VX32-60的动力学模型,对其模态进行了理论分析,同时进行了相应的实验研究,通过理论分析与实验结果的对比,得出了加工中心固有频率和振型,验证了结合面分析系统的可靠性。在此基础上,讨论了立柱截面参数对加工中心动态特性的影响,提出了改进方案,提高了加工中心的固有频率,降低了其运动误差。
The analysis system of joint surfaces is developed.The dynamic model of a multi-axis synchronous gantry machining centerVX32-60 is proposed based on the finite element method.The modal analysis and the modal experiment are studied.Comparing the theoretical and experimental results,the nature frequency and mode shape are obtained.The reliability of analysis system is verified.The effect section parameter on the dynamic characteristics of multi-axis synchronous gantry machining center is investigated.An improved design of the parameters is proposed.As a result,the nature frequency of machining center is increased and the motion error is decreased.
