摘要
目的探讨护理礼仪教学的教学方法及其教学效果。方法分别采用讲授法、模拟教学法和多媒体教学法,并进行教学效果比较。结果护士言谈礼仪的教学方法教学效果比较,χ2=10.22,P〈0.001;护理操作礼仪的教学方法教学效果比较,χ2=4.00,P〈0.05;护士举止礼仪不同教学方法教学效果比较,χ2=0.15,P〉0.05,以上结果显示模拟教学法的教学效果更好。结论模拟教学法是一种有效的教学方法,能在教学过程中激发学生学习兴趣,调动学生主动性,提高学生结合临床分析问题、解决问题及获取信息的能力。
Objective To explore the teaching methods and teaching effectiveness of nursing protocol. Methods Teaching, simulated teaching and multimedia teaching methods are used respectively, then the comparison of these methods' effectiveness. Results the comparison of teaching effect on nurses' conversation protocol ,χ2 = 10. 22, P 〈 0. 001 ;the comparison of teaching effect on nurses' operation protocol ,χ2 = 4. 00, P 〈 0. 05 ; the comparison of teaching effect on nurses' manners protocol ,χ2 = 0. 15, P 〉 0. 05. These results show the better teaching effect of sim- ulation. Conclusion The simulated teaching method is more effective and in the process of teaching it can stimulate students' interest in learn- ing, initiative and mobilize students, improve students' clinical analysis of problems, solving problems and obtaining information.
