摘要
近年来,北京高技术服务业取得快速发展,在区域自主创新能力提升、产业结构优化等方面的带动效应已开始逐步显现。文章通过与上海、南京、广东等国内高技术服务业发展的重点省市以及国际地区进行对比分析,全面评估北京高技术服务业发展的水平和优劣势,明晰制约北京高技术服务业竞争力提升的突出问题并提出相应的对策措施。
In recent years,Beijing has achieved a rapid development of high-tech services,due to the effects made in regional independent innovation capability enhancement and industrial structure optimization.This paper comprehensively assessed the development level as well as the advantages and disadvantages of Beijing high-tech services,clarified the main problems and put forward some corresponding countermeasures constraining competitiveness enhancement of Beijing high-tech services through comparative analysis of the major cities and provinces in China,such as Shanghai,Nanjing and Guangdong Province as well as some international areas.
