摘要
针对企业科技行为的高风险、高效益和强导向性特点，提出了企业科技行为合理化的若干对策，如注重政府宏观调控，增强企业经营决策者的科技意识；培育企业的决策功能，提高科技决策水平；加大企业科技投入力度，优化科技投入行为；建立健全企业科技开发与技术创新体系；发展教育事业，优化企业人才结构；
This paper proposes a few policies of scientific and technological behavior in enterprise in accordance with the characteristics of high risk,high benefit and strong guidance.There are such as the followings;paying attention to the government macro adjustments and controls,enhancing the scientific and technological consciousness of the decision-maker in enterprise;breeding the function of decision-maker in enterprise in order to improve the level of decision-making;increasing the strength on scientific and technoligcal input; optimizing the scientific;establishing the healthiness system of scientific and technological development and technological innovation in enterprise;developing the education undertakings,optimizing the talent’s structure in enterprise;setting up the risk prevention system of science and technology in enterprise etc.
